Access Safety Kits
The Community Access Safety Kit has been designed to promote the health and safety of all who access public areas and parks. It has been designed to reduce the possibility of contracting diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis.
Each package contains a booklet on first aid including recommended procedures for needle stick injuries together with the necessary utensils required for the safe collection and disposal of used condoms and blood contaminated items such as used syringes. In addition the kit is intended to complement regular first aid kits and has many useful items that can be used for first aid if the need arises. Only latex free gloves and adhesive dressings are supplied to protect those who are latex sensitive.
